Description
The 2022 Jean-Paul Blanc de Blanc Sec (which means: dry white) is a blend of Ugni Blanc and Colombard grapes from Gascony, France. The very vibrant nose is packed with aromas of Golden Supreme apples, green melon, lime zest, basil and citrus zest. It is crisp and clean with a refreshing texture and savory acidity to frame out the palate and ends with a very dry finish. This is a solid aperitif white wine that will excite the palate for food. It makes for a perfect pairing with a chilled asparagus salad, artichoke lemon pasta or an array of mild raw milk cheeses.
