Description
Buffo Trebbiano d’Abruzzo is produced from 100% Trebbiano Abruzzese grapes from Duchi di Castelluccio’s certified organic vineyards in Abruzzo. Harvested in late September, the grapes undergo gentle pressing followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The estate, located in Scafa at 280-300 meters elevation, has practiced organic viticulture since 1990. Buffo Trebbiano d’Abruzzo ages in stainless steel for several months before bottling.
