Description
Sourced from Erin Glen Vineyard on the western side of The Dalles in Oregon, this wine is created using 20% whole clusters and undergoes a three-week maceration on the skins. It boasts a fragrant bouquet of violets, lavender, wild blueberries, and earthy forest notes. The wine offers a blend of spiciness and potency, yet maintains a refreshing and agile character, with fine-grained tannins that linger on the extended finish. It’s an excellent match for hearty winter dishes such as five-spice roasted duck and root vegetables.
