Ca’ de Noci Tre Dame Rosé is a natural sparkling wine from Emilia-Romagna, Italy, crafted from indigenous grape varieties including Sgavetta, Lambrusco di Montericco, and Termarina. The grapes are grown at 150-230 meters altitude on gravelly soils with silt and gypsum formations in the Broletto area. This certified organic and biodynamic wine undergoes direct pressing and natural bottle fermentation using the ancestral method, completing secondary fermentation after three months.
