A limited edition expression from the Calle 23 Tequila range, made with criollos these are blue agave plants, but even when theyre fully grown, theyre smaller than your average agave. After noticing a few differences between these criollos and standard blue agave plant, Calle 23 founder Sophie Decobecq decided to create a tequila exclusively using the criollos.
