Description
Calvez Bobinet Les Îles Grolleau is a natural red wine produced in the Loire Valley, France. Made from 100% Grolleau grapes, the wine undergoes a 25-day skin maceration, resulting in a light-bodied red with an alcohol content of 10%. The winery practices biodynamic viticulture, emphasizing minimal intervention and sustainable farming methods. The grapes are harvested from vineyards situated on limestone-rich soils, contributing to the wine’s distinctive minerality. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, and the wine is bottled without filtration or added sulfites, preserving its natural character.
