Description
100% muller thurgau with 25 days on the skins. De-stemmed and very softly pressed (pneumatic). Spontaneous fermentation. Aged in stainless steel on the lees until April and bottled. Minimal added sulfur if needed. Light-bodied with white flowers and fresh herbs on the nose. On the palate it denotes peach, tangerine, papaya, lemon, green apple and a crisp, refreshing acidity. 11.5%
