Cantina Indigeno Case Sparse Orange is a light and racy white wine blend from Abruzzo, Italy, crafted from Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Viognier grapes. The natural winery, established in 2016 near Teramo at 300 meters elevation between Gran Sasso mountains and the Adriatic Sea, employs minimal intervention winemaking. Hand-harvested grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in open vats, followed by aging in fiberglass containers. At 10.5% alcohol, this wine showcases the estate’s commitment to no temperature control, fining, filtration, or added sulfites throughout production.
