Cantina Indigeno Sub Trebbiano Orange is crafted from 100% Trebbiano d’Abruzzo grapes grown organically in Montorio al Vomano, Teramo province, Abruzzo. Located between the Adriatic Sea and Apennine Mountains, the vineyards benefit from clay-limestone soils and diverse terroir. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in fiberglass tanks, with two weeks of skin maceration creating the distinctive amber color. Made without temperature control, filtration, fining, or added sulfites.
