Description
Capolino Perlingieri Brizio Aglianico is a red wine made from 100% Aglianico grapes from the Solopaca area, near Monte Taburno in Campania; the vineyards are planted at around 300 meters above sea level. The region’s clay and volcanic soils contribute significantly to the unique characteristics of the wine. Brizio Aglianico is produced to be more approachable and ready-to-drink than other more structured and austere Aglianico wines, that require long aging periods. Brizio is characterized by juicy fruit notes, soft tannins, and fresh acidity; it’s perfect with meat-based dishes or hearty soups.
