Carolina Gatti Canaja Orange Wine is a skin-contact natural wine made from 100% Verduzzo grapes grown organically in Veneto, Northern Italy. The grapes are harvested by hand, fermented with native yeasts, and aged in traditional vessels, all without the addition of sulfites or other additives. The palate is vibrant and well-structured; the finish is long and satisfying.
