This Prosecco is classically produced, gently pressed, aged on the lees w/ a natural fermentation on the lees to give this rich wine bubbles. The wine is not disgorged, leaving a small amount of lees in the bottle to develop more depth and complexity. Organically produced. A bone dry prosecco with loads of body and richness to the palate.
