Situated within the Vesuvius National Park (Bosco del Monaco commune). Ungrafted, own-rooted ancient vines grown in sandy volcanic ash, lapilli, and mineral-rich lava rocks. Light straw yellow with golden hues. Intense floral aromas (broom, white flowers), citrus zest, green apple, white peach, and a distinct smoky background of crushed flint and volcanic ash. Crisp, linear, and medium-bodied with a taut, stony texture, strong saline minerality, and a light bitter almond finish. 13% ABV
