Banfi Sparkling wines are crafted in Banfi Piemonte’s historic 19th Century Sparkling Wine Cellars, formerly known as Bruzzone. Banfi Brut and Cuvée Aurora Rosé are intimately connected to the terroir and cellars devoted to producing Metodo Classico, where wine is fermented in the bottle while resting on traditional, centuries-old pupitres.
