Description
Bright, deep ruby color tinged with purple. Intense bouquet on the nose, with violet and spicy notes. On the palate it is dry and full-bodied with persistent fruity aromas of blackberry, plum and black cherry, and a black peppery finish. Ideal with meat sauce dishes, risottos, pork, game and red meats. Excellent with pasta dishes topped with meat sauces.
