Description
Chateau le Bergey Bordeaux Rouge is crafted by Damien Laurent from 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot at Château L’Escart, a family-owned estate in Saint-Loubès since 1752. The entry-level wine comes from biodynamically farmed vineyards using vines at least 15 years old on 37 hectares. Traditional winemaking employs indigenous yeasts and fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve fruit purity, followed by aging in French oak barrels. The estate practices 100% organic and biodynamic viticulture without synthetic chemicals.
