Description
Christian Binner Saveurs Macérés 2024 is a skin-contact white wine made from a multi-variety blend including Muscat, Riesling, Sylvaner, Auxerrois, Chasselas, and Pinot Blanc, grown organically and biodynamically on the granite hillsides of Ammerschwihr in Alsace. Produced by Christian Binner, the grapes are hand-harvested, manually sorted, and undergo whole-bunch partial maceration with foot punchdowns before fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Christian Binner Saveurs Macérés 2024 is aged on fine lees in the estate’s bioclimatic cellar, then bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfur. Alsace, France.
