Description
Christina Kuhlbar is made from 100% organic Zweigelt grapes grown in the Carnuntum region of Austria by winemaker Christina Netzl. The grapes are hand-picked at peak ripeness from red gravel and loess soils characteristic of this unique terroir east of Vienna. The wine undergoes 10 days of skin contact in stainless steel tanks, using only free-run juice. After malolactic fermentation, it ages for four months in stainless steel. This chillable red wine is bottled unfiltered, representing Austria’s modern approach to fresh, summer-friendly red wines.
