The south of France is a magical place to explore as a wine lover. With large swaths of land that are devoted to environmentally friendly viticulture, our experts love winding down country lanes and tasting new wines from all over the region. The natural biodiversity and life-cycles of the vines determine the winemaking techniques that many of the growers and winemakers employ. This wine was made with gentle techniques to obtain a well-balanced structure with restrained fruit and light tastes of herbs. We have been loving it with red meats or roasted love it too! It took home a Bronze medal at the 2018 Harvest Challenge.
