Description
Chérouche La Chapelle is a natural red wine produced in Ayent, Valais, Switzerland. Crafted from organically farmed Gamay grapes grown on steep, southeast-facing slopes at elevations between 600 and 850 meters, the vineyards benefit from schist, clay, and quartz soils. The grapes are hand-harvested and processed using a manual destemmer. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, and the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks without the use of wood. No fining, filtration, or added sulfur.
