Château de Béru Chablis Côte aux Prêtres is a white natural wine from the Chablis appellation in Burgundy, France. Crafted by winemaker Athénaïs de Béru, this cuvée is produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes cultivated through biodynamic practices. The Côte aux Prêtres vineyard is situated near an ancient pilgrimage path leading to Vézelay, historically used by priests, which inspired its name. The vineyard features Kimmeridgian limestone soils with calcareous scree. Positioned atop a hill, the vineyard benefits from exceptional sunlight exposure and is subject to cooling winds.
