Description
Château de Béru Chablis Montserre is a white natural wine from the Chablis appellation in Burgundy, France. Crafted by winemaker Athénaïs de Béru, this cuvée is produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes cultivated through biodynamic practices. The Montserre vineyard is situated at the highest point of the Béru hill, benefiting from exposure to winds from all directions. It is bordered by a hedge of trees. The vineyard owes its name to the “Serres,” a geological formation characterized by dense, superimposed limestone plates. The surface is strewn with white pebbles. Located at high altitude, the Montserre plot is exposed to winds from all sides.
