Description
Château de Roquefort Corail 2022 is a rosé wine from the Côtes de Provence region in southern France. This wine is a blend of Grenache Noir, Syrah, Cinsault, Carignan, Mourvèdre, Clairette, and Vermentino, harvested from vineyards located at 380 meters with clay-limestone and stony soils.
The wine is crafted using direct pressing and cold clarification, then aging in stainless steel and cement vats. The result is a rosé with a clear pink hue, a finely spiced citrus nose, and notes of white fruits, citrus, and a hint of fennel on the palate.
