Château Graville Lacoste Graves is a white wine blend from Hervé Dubourdieu made from 70% Sémillon, 25% Sauvignon Blanc, and 5% Muscadelle. The estate sits on clay and limestone soils with prominent large stones throughout, planted by Dubourdieu’s father in 1951. Located in the Graves appellation near Haut-Barsac, the vineyard benefits from cooler microclimates and five-decade-old vines with deep root systems. Winemaking involves fermentation and aging entirely in stainless steel to preserve freshness and mineral character.
