Description
Château Peylaby Médoc 2023 is an organic red wine from the Left Bank of Bordeaux, produced by Blandine Prevot and Jérémy Borde. This AOC Médoc blends 60% Merlot with 40% Cabernet Sauvignon from 9 hectares across three communes: Saint Germain d’Esteuil, Ordonnac, and Saint-Yzans-de-Médoc. The diverse terroir includes clay-limestone, sandy-silt, and clay-gravel soils. Château Peylaby Médoc 2023 undergoes spontaneous fermentation and ages in a combination of tank and neutral barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with no added sulfites—a true zero-zero natural Bordeaux.
