Description
From the heart of Bordeaux’s Entre-Deux-Mers region, Château Sainte-Marie Petite Marie Blanc 2024 blends 80% Sauvignon Blanc with 20% Sémillon from vineyards planted on gravel, clay, and chalk soils across two sun-drenched hillsides. Winemaker Stéphane Dupuch hand-harvests—uncommon in the region—and employs an 8-12 hour skin maceration to extract aromatics before gentle pneumatic pressing. Château Sainte-Marie Petite Marie Blanc 2024 ferments at low temperatures (59-64°F) in stainless steel tanks and ages seven months on lees to preserve freshness, bottling with minimal fining and filtration. The estate is converting to organic certification.
