Clase Azul The Loft Brooklyn Collection I Anejo Tequila is an 80 proof (40% ABV) limited-release produced at NOM 1595 in Jesus Maria, Jalisco. This inaugural edition is a 100% Blue Weber agave spirit crafted by Master Distiller Viridiana Tinoco. The tequila undergoes initial maturation for 20 months in used American whiskey casks before receiving a secondary finish in select French Calvados (apple brandy) casks.
Technical analysis confirms a profile of roasted agave, cocoa nibs, and toasted oak, with nuanced notes of dried fruit and vanilla derived from the dual-cask maturation. The 1-liter hand-painted ceramic decanter features verdigris brushstrokes and a hammered copper cap inspired by the Chrysler Building, with production limited to 1,000 units.
