Clase Azul The Loft Brooklyn Collection II is an 80-proof (40% ABV) limited-release Añejo produced at NOM 1595 in Jesus Maria, Jalisco. This second edition in “The Loft” series is a tribute to New York’s cultural mosaic, specifically crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave slow-cooked in traditional masonry ovens. The spirit is first matured for a minimum of 20 months in American whiskey casks before undergoing a secondary finish in hand-re-charred Calvados casks (French apple brandy).
This unique aging process imparts distinctive notes of caramelized apple and warm baking spices to the classic Clase Azul base of rich vanilla and toasted oak. Limited to just 1,000 one-liter decanters, this expression is presented in a hand-painted ceramic bottle with a color gradient inspired by Brooklyn sunsets.
