Wavy Wines Cloud Hidden is a natural orange wine from California, crafted by winemakers Jude Zasadzki and Eliot Kessel. This cuvée is a blend of 75% Vermentino and 25% Greco, sourced from organic vineyards. Six-month maceration of Greco in amphora, two-week maceration of Vermentino in stainless aged in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined and unfilterd, without added sulfites.
