Description
Comme un Double-Vitrage 2020 is a natural rosé wine crafted by Anders Frederik Steen and Anne Bruun Blauert in the Ardèche region of France. This unique cuvée is a true field blend, comprising Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Sylvaner, and Muscat grapes, all harvested together with the Bannwarth family in Obermorschwihr, Alsace. The destemmed grapes underwent a four-day maceration before fermenting in cuve outdoors for one year, exposed to the elements without temperature control. Subsequently, the wine aged for two additional years in old barrels without topping up, embracing oxidative aging. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfur.
