Cooperstown Distillery loves to make historically inspired spirits. In this case, they use sugarcane to make a rum in the classic rum auricles style, historically associated with the French-speaking Caribbean islands in the 19th century. Cooperstown adds a twist, however, by infusing their rum with a mix of spices inspired by chai.
