Costador Metamorphika Xarel·lo Orange is a natural orange wine from Catalonia, Spain, crafted from 100% Xarel·lo grapes. This wine is made with extended skin contact and aging in clay amphorae. The grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Whole berries are fermented with skin contact for 6 to 8 weeks, imparting the wine’s characteristic amber hue and enhancing its aromatic complexity. The wine is aged in clay amphorae, which allows for gentle micro-oxygenation. Bottled without fining or filtration.
