Description
A blended alpine white from Jean-Yves Péron, bringing together Jacquère and Altesse from organically farmed sites on limestone soils in Savoie. Hand-harvested fruit sees a short period of skin contact before fermenting with native yeasts, then rests in neutral vessels without fining or filtration and with minimal added sulfur. The style is bright and lifted, with a subtle texture and a mineral line that reflects both grape varieties and mountain terroir.
