Description
Cristiano Guttarolo Amphora Rosato embodies Puglia’s natural winemaking revolution through organic Primitivo grapes grown on the limestone-rich Murge Plateau, 400 meters above sea level near Gioia del Colle. Hand-harvested grapes undergo two-day skin maceration before fermenting with indigenous yeasts, then aging sixty days in porcelain amphorae from Cantina Giardino. This elevated terroir benefits from cooling Adriatic breezes and fossilized karst soils, creating elegance uncommon in southern Italy. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, without added sulfites.
