Crown Royal Honey is a 70 proof (35% ABV) limited-release produced at the Gimli Distillery in Manitoba, Canada. This expression, first introduced in Summer 2016, is a technical marriage of the brand’s signature blended Canadian whiskies and a master-blended infusion of natural wild clover and sunflower honeys. The base spirits, distilled from local corn, rye, and barley, are matured in both new and re-used charred oak barrels to develop the foundational structural integrity before flavor infusion.

Technical profile analysis reveals a nose of golden honey, vanilla, and light oak with floral top notes. The palate is characterized by velvety notes of butterscotch, sweet honey, and gentle baking spices, leading to a moderately viscous finish with a warming honey sensation and lingering oak.
