Crown Royal Noble Collection Barley Edition Blended Canadian Whisky is a 90 Proof (45% ABV) limited release from Gimli Distillery. This seventh and final release of the Noble Collection is a unique blend of whiskies distilled from a 100% barley mash bill consisting of 85% unmalted and 15% malted grains. The components were aged for a minimum of five years in new, charred American white oak barrels.

Maturation occurred at the Gimli site in Manitoba, where the lakefront climate facilitates consistent wood interaction. The technical profile highlights a heavy-bodied cereal character and spicy toasted oak, departing from the traditional corn-heavy Canadian base to deliver specific notes of green apple, vanilla, and toasted malt without artificial additives.
