A Jura chardonnay that delivers ripe pears and baked apples, a briny minerality, and an energetic acidity. A period of flor aging creates oxidative notes of nuttiness similar to those of sherry–a quintessential characteristic of Jura chards. The longer she breathes, the more initial notes of green apples and citrus turn into richer, rounder, and nuttier flavors
