Description
Deux Punx Light Red is made from organically farmed Grenache, Barbera, and Zinfandel from Northern California vineyards. Winemakers Dan Schaaf and Aaron Olson employ minimalist techniques with spontaneous fermentation using native yeasts, and minimal sulfur additions. The grapes come from diverse terroirs including Lake County’s volcanic soils and Contra Costa’s sandy delta regions.
