Deux Punx Rosé of Pinot Gris 2023 is a rosé natural wine made from 100% Pinot Gris grapes sourced from California vineyards. The wine has a pale salmon-pink hue. The nose offers aromas of fresh strawberries and raspberries with subtle floral undertones. It is crisp and refreshing on the palate, featuring flavors of red berries, grapefruit, and ripe melon. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts, following low-intervention practices. The wine is bottled unfiltered and unfined, with minimal added sulfites.
