Description
Domaine de l’Octavin Betty Bulles Rouge is a pétillant naturel made from macerated Grenache Noir, Syrah, and Mourvèdre grapes sourced from organic vineyards in both Vaucluse and Roussillon. The red grapes undergo maceration before being blended with direct-pressed Grenache Blanc and Muscat. Winemaker Alice Bouvot starts fermentation in vats, then transfers to bottles where it finishes naturally using the ancestral method. After just a few months before disgorgement, this natural sparkling wine contains no added sulfites, creating an energetic, bone-dry expression.
