Description
Domaine de l’Octavin Cariboom is a natural red wine from the Jura region of France, crafted by winemaker Alice Bouvot. This cuvée is a blend of Carignan, Muscat, Viognier, and Molette grapes, sourced from vineyards outside the Jura, classifying it as a négoce wine. The grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts; the wine is aged in neutral vessels and bottled unfined, unfiltered, without added sulfur.
