Description
Domaine de l’Octavin Cicogne is a skin-macerated orange wine crafted from 100% Gewürztraminer grapes sourced from organic vineyards in Alsace and vinified in Jura by Alice Bouvot. The grapes undergo four-week whole-cluster maceration in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts, followed by aging without filtration, additives, or sulphur. The wine bridges Jura’s structural precision with Alsace’s fruit-forward character, bottled unfined to preserve its raw, textural quality.
