Description
Domaine de l’Octavin Cicogne Rosé is a natural orange wine from France’s Jura region, crafted from a 50/50 blend of Gewürztraminer and Pinot Gris grapes sourced from biodynamic vineyards in Alsace’s Humbrecht family estates. The grapes undergo whole-cluster fermentation (4–5 weeks of maceration) with indigenous yeasts, followed by aging in stainless steel tanks without filtration, fining, or added sulfites. While the terroir reflects Alsace’s granite and limestone soils, the wine is vinified in Jura by Alice Bouvot.
