Description

Domaine de l’Octavin Hip Hip J Pinot Noir is made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in Alice Bouvot’s biodynamic vineyards in the Jura’s prestigious lieu-dits including En Curon, La Mailloche, Les Nouvelles, and Les Corvées. The grapes grow on limestone and grey marl soils characteristic of Arbois terroir. Following Alice’s signature Hip Hip J winemaking style, the whole bunches undergo extended maceration for several weeks in tanks before pressing. No sulfites, additives, or filtration are used, creating a natural expression of Jura Pinot Noir.
