From 40-year-old vines planted in the granite-heavy Grand Pré vineyard, the domaine’s flagship cuvée undergoes a cuvaison between 10 and 15 days. Notes of crisp raspberry and Tayberry, along with granite minerality, white pepper, and lavender. It is characterized as a medium-bodied wine with fine structure and supple tannins, featuring a focused palate packed with fruit and a clean finish. This wine can easily be aged 10-15 years. 13% ABV
