Description
Domaine de la Patience Blanc is an organic white blend from winemaker Christophe Aguilar, whose family estate sits near Avignon in the village of Bezouce. This southern French white combines Grenache Blanc, Chardonnay, and Vermentino grown on pebble and sandstone soils across the Costières de Nîmes and Coteaux du Pont du Gard appellations. Domaine de la Patience Blanc undergoes direct pressing followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled concrete and stainless steel tanks. The wine receives light filtration and vegan-friendly fining before January bottling, producing a fresh, medium-bodied white at 12.5% ABV.
