Description
Domaine de la Petite Sœur’s Plasma is crafted in Anjou, part of the Loire Valley. It’s a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc, combining direct-press and maceration methods. Winemaker Adrien de Mello uses organic and biodynamic farming, following natural wine practices, with spontaneous fermentation and no added sulfites, resulting in a fresh, pure expression of Loire terroir.
This wine pairs beautifully with seafood platters, light salads, and goat cheese. Its fresh acidity also complements grilled vegetables or Mediterranean dishes, enhancing its natural flavors with its bright and lively character.
