Description
Domaine de Ronces Florale is a 100% Chardonnay from Orbagna in the Sud Revermont, Côtes du Jura. Third-generation vigneron Kevin Mazier produces this wine from the estate’s oldest Chardonnay vines planted on grey and yellow marl soils. The domaine has been certified organic since 2013 and biodynamic (Demeter) since 2016. Domaine de Ronces Florale undergoes manual harvest followed by spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine ages 12 months in stainless steel in the ouillé style with limited oxygen contact, then receives minimal sulfites before bottling.
