Description
This wine is a typical expression of Chablis. With notes of pears, apples and a sea breeze. This wine is balanced with harmonious liveliness and a fresh, round finish.
The grapes are grown on the left bank and gain exposure from the North-West. The planting of the vines has taken place between the years 1976 – 2000.
They use 100% stainless steel vats and alcoholic fermentation is at a low temperature of 18°C. The process of malolactic fermentation will also then take place. As part of the ageing process the wine will spend 12 months in stainless steel vats.
