Domaine H AOP Vin de Savoie Crémant Chant des Flocons Extra Brut NV is a dry sparkling wine made by Sukhwan Ha at Domaine H on the Torméry hillside in Chignin, Savoie, France. Made from 100% Jacquère grown on clay-limestone soils at 1,150 to 1,310 ft elevation, the wine is produced by the traditional method: a second fermentation in bottle, a minimum of nine months aging on lees, riddling, and disgorgement. The extra brut dosage is below 6 g/L, and consistent with all Domaine H wines, it is produced without added sulfites, unfined and unfiltered. Domaine H AOP Vin de Savoie Crémant Chant des Flocons Extra Brut NV takes its name from the French for “Song of the Snowflakes.”
